Who We Are

Our mission at Inspire, Motivate and Engage is to help people—from our renowned training, to the ways in which we give back to society.

We are fortunate to have a skilled, highly qualified team and we strive to be an example of excellence in the training sector, offering solutions to help people and businesses break through barriers, thrive, and ultimately succeed.

We operate in the UK, US, and Australia and we work with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from small charities to big multinational corporations.

Our Training Solutions

In-house Training – Bespoke in-house training, led by experts in the field. These full or half day expert-led sessions can be used within an ongoing staff development plan or as quick responsive support.

Online Training – View our range of accredited online courses on subjects such as: Peak Performance and Productivity, Management and Leadership, Career Coaching, and more.

Award-Winning CSR Initiative – Train your staff in a socially responsible way. By participating, the employee receives accredited management and leadership training, while also making a positive difference to a societal cause.

Responsible Giving

We believe that all companies can have a greater positive impact on the world and make a bigger difference. As our business grows, so should our efforts to give back. We strive to do so in three ways:

  • Subsidised Training grants – In 2017 we have donated over £525k worth of in-kind training to selected charities and small business, providing them with access to training that was previously out of reach.
  • Our mentoring programme – We run a free mentoring initiative that supports young unemployed people.
