Deciding when to outsource training
As a business owner or HR manager, you should be aware how important it is to provide training courses for staff. As well as improving your staff’s skills and knowledge, it’s a great way to show that you appreciate their work and to provide personal development opportunities. If you are interested in providing leadership and management courses, there are several options available to you.
You could send your staff on a series of workshops. This is a great way for staff to increase their skills, but will often require time out of the office.
You could also provide in-house training. This is fine if you have people with both the expertise and the training experience, but normally businesses find it much easier to outsource training to a specialist company such as IME.
Here at IME our trainers have decades of combined experience providing leadership and management courses for corporate organisations, small businesses and charities. This means we can tailor our training courses specifically to the needs of both your staff and your organisation. We also provide a unique new service to businesses, our coaching surgeries. This is particularly useful for organisations who need dedicated HR support without paying for a full-time HR team. We can provide advice and guidance, as well as training, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis as is needed within your team.
